Summary: Our group of 7 stayed at this home while in the area for a baseball tournament at Surprise Stadium. Although not walking distance to the stadium, the drive was short and convenient. This is an older home with some nice upgrades in the upstairs bed and baths. The kitchen is well stocked and probably has the most comfortable seating for a group that we have found to date. We did not find the back yard very inviting, and the fact that the sliding door was very hard to use and to get to lock, made it so we did not use the back yard except to use the barbecue. Overall this home is a great value, and very convenient for Surprise Stadium events.

Summary: Mina is a wonderful host and she was very responsive with her communication. The house is beautiful and we had more than enough room for the three couples in my group. The outdoor space is wonderful and we also enjoyed a game of pool. The neighborhood is great and we were close enough to several tourist destinations. I would definitely recommend it.

Summary: OMG!!!! Are stay here was amazing. We had a group of 11 adults and the property was big enough for us all. The location is close to alot of stores,etc. Its January so we didnt utilize the pool. But its a beauty. Thanks to our host for coming theough when we needed him. I would definitely recommend this home. Thanks again!!
