Summary: As a group we come annually to ride NWA! Best trails!! This house was a perfect fit for our group. Very clean and well maintained. We will for sure consider this place again !!

Summary: My husband and I with our extended family were in NWA for my daughter’s wedding in Bentonville. We thoroughly enjoyed the house. It had plenty of room for the eleven of us. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and were very spacious. Plenty of closet space too! The sofa beds were typical sofa beds, so they weren’t as comfortable as the beds in the bedroom. The whole family enjoyed the hot tub since we were there in January. Lastly, the game room was perfect for the young adults. Thank you, Chris, for accommodating us with all our requests. Overall, a wonderful experience! room

Summary: We booked this home for U of Arkansas graduation with family and friends. It was a perfect set up for what we needed. Great little neighborhood with beautiful views. The house was very nice and the layout worked perfectly for our group. There was a small amount of trash left outside from the previous group, but it was cold out so we didn't use the outside of the home. I think the cleaning crew just missed those few items. The heated pool closes for the winter so just be aware of that. The management company communicated well and check in and out were easy. I highly recommend this home.

Summary: The house was very spacious (there was 7 of us in our family group). We had everything we needed to relax, cook, swim, and just sit on the deck and look at the lake. It was a little challenging to get to the house from Springdale and from the house to various restaurants, playgrounds and parks( the roads were very curvy with numerous stops and turns. If you have a cell phone there should be no problem getting to/from the house. Very relaxing atmosphere.
