Summary: Clean, convenient and easy. Reasonably priced roomy location with the comforts of home. We were down for graduation weekend and had family coming with us and the space worked out perfectly. Rooms were comfy and lots of extras. The only downside is the traffic can be a little loud, but they have extra fans etc to help drown that out. I would most definitely stay here again!

Summary: Our family has spent a LOT of time at VRBOs, and this house was, BY FAR, the cleanest, most well stocked rental we’ve ever stayed at. The house was excellent. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the location. It’s right on the corner of a busy intersection and there is no privacy fence, so the outside isn’t very private or usable.

Summary: This is a darling house. It's cozy, clean, and packed with fun games to play. It has everything a person could want or need for the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were super comfy and the whole house is fabulously decorated. The check in and check out process was easy.

Summary: I came for my graduation at UARK and this place exceeded our expectations. The location is across from a foot truck spot and convenient to everywhere. My code don’t work when I arrived and I called the number expecting to have to wait to hear back and he answered after the 2nd ring and helped us (awesome). They had plenty towels, fully stocked kitchen, and extra blankets. This place was simply amazing. When I come back I will be staying here again. Only thing I would suggest is they get an ironing board and a better iron. Even if they don’t I am still coming back to stay here lol.

Summary: Beautifully decorated and well-furnished home with plenty of toys and games for kids. Had everything we needed and more. Very cozy. Food truck pavilion just across the street for plenty of food options. Located on a street corner, so the traffic noise can be a little intrusive for some, but didn’t really bother us. Would definitely stay again.
