Summary: Our family gathers each New Years at VRBO's and this was our first time at this property. Wow. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen with utensils, dishes, appliances and even some spices. We were genuinely surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked as we usually bring a lot of supplies which we didn't need. The house is well laid out with plenty of bedroom space and bathroom space. We had 4 kids under 6 and we had no problems with space. The "private suite" was perfect for our little grandkids as they could easily sleep without hearing the adults. It was winter so we couldn't use the outdoor table, but island in the kitchen provided more than enough space for our family. The weather was nice enough for us to get some time on the water using the provided canoe and kayaks. Our host was welcoming and helpful, going out of her way to make sure we had all we needed. Will likely come again, and we may do a summer trip!Thanks!

Summary: This property is wonderful! It is immaculately clean, the decor is current and lovely, access to the pier is a gentle slope, plenty of space for gathering as well as quiet spaces for those who are a little introverted. The location is quiet but still convenient to most points of interest in the Shoals. We felt the hosts went above and beyond to anticipate and accommodate our needs. Hope this property is available the next time we have a need.
