Villa Ensueno is a private villa located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the exclusive Conchas Chinas neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and mansions on the desirable south shore of Puerto Vallarta. The villa is positioned on a point overlooking the magnificent Banderas Bay with views of the ocean that are simply breathtaking. The views begin with the rugged Pacific coastline, then extend around the bay to take in the wide expanse of the ocean and it's spectacular sunsets. To the left of the villa is the deep green of the jungle with views of palms and Parota trees that extend high up into the mountains. The views are truly some of the finest in all of Puerto Vallarta and a highlight of our guests.
During the days, the ocean changes by the minute, a panorama of activity and sound that engages the senses. In mid-December to early April you might see a humpback whale teaching her calf to breach, and on other days schools of fish and the many fishing and pleasure craft passing by.
Enjoy the tranquility of Villa Ensueno, and yet be only an 8-minute walk to one of the finest beaches in Puerto Vallarta with it's charming open-air restaurant. Turn to the north and drive 5 minutes into the dynamic Romantic Zone with its many cafes, restaurants and shopping.
Villa Ensueno offers an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows, and curved archways. Most rooms in the villa open onto a patio with expansive ocean views. There are three primary bedrooms en-suite, each with a king-size bed with high-thread count cotton sheets and either hypoallergenic or down pillows, each air-conditioned. Each master suite has a private bath, tiled or stone showers and interior garden space. Hair dryers, shampoo, and body wash are also provided.
The lower terrace of Villa Ensueno is sheathed in Canterra stone and features a saline infinity pool overlooking the south-west with a lovely cabana perfect for dining, lounging or entertaining. Opposite the cabana and separated by a soothing fountain are two king-sized daybeds to take some sun or enjoy a siesta.
The position of the property ensures you will enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean all day long in a setting that ensures total privacy.
For entertainment, there is a large-screen TV, Netflix, Apple TV, and wireless Internet along with indoor and outdoor Bose speakers for music. There are plenty of games and books for added enjoyment.
Upon your arrival at Villa Ensueno you will be greeted by Ana and Raul, our long-time staff. You'll be helped with your luggage, then served complimentary margaritas, cerveza, chips, and homemade salsa and guacamole. Ana prepares the meals while Raul serves. Ana also keeps the house and bedrooms clean while Raul maintains the grounds and keeps the pool sparkling clean and delivers frosty margaritas and fresh towels to the pool. The staff prepares two meals a day with the cost of food and beverage additional. If you choose to dine in, Ana will present you with grocery receipts at the conclusion of your stay. Addiitonally, Ana does all grocery shopping and personal laundry.
Please reimburse her in cash with a suggested gratuity of an additional USD$15.00 per guest each day.

Summary: This villa is stunning! The views of the Bay are breathtaking. Our cook and housekeeper Ana was a joy and very talented. While the kitchen does need some updating, the villa is spacious and comfortable. The pool was a real joy. We look forward to our next stay!

Summary: The house is beautiful and was the perfect size home for our group of 6. The two rooms on the back of the house have ocean views so the one bedroom in the front is a little less desirable as it overlooks street. That said, all have king beds with en suite bathrooms.The house was clean and lots of room to spread out both indoors and out. Ana as everyone has noted is a fabulous cook and willing to do pretty much anything you want. We hosted a fun fiesta one night complete with Mariachi band ! Ana's husband is also fantastic on the grill!! They take care of everything during your stay and are good at flying under the radar.I would say my only critique would be the slight odor coming from the drain in the tub and toilet.

Summary: I was recently in PV for my brothers wedding at a nearby resort and spent the last 4 days at Villa Ensueno. It was the perfect way to end our trip. The house and sunsets were amazing, and it was really cheap/easy to get into town using Uber. Ana and Raul were absolutely incredible. They planned a birthday fiesta for me, that my friends and family will be talking about for years to come, complete with delicious Mexican food, a piñata, mariachi band and firework display. The only negative is that several dishes have been ruined for me as nothing will ever compare to Ana’s cooking.

Summary: It is hard to describe, since 1st minute of booking, the owner Jerold was promptly taking each step to expedite the entire process. The agent Laura that gives all instructions was amazing and very helpful clarifying each question we had. When we got there, we were warm welcomed by Ana and Raul! They treated us as family, cared about us and more: made us feel loved! Best food, best drinks, best care! Our rooms/bedrooms/ laundry were perfect all the time. They provide more than you expect in a 5 stars hotel. Believe me, Villa Ensueno' beauty, view and coziness will fulfill your heart and make you extend your stay! (happened to us). I am writing this review with my now fiancée, and the Villa with its amazing owner and staff made our engagement magical! it will never be forgotten. My fiancée Veronica calls Ana - Anita! She cried when we had to leave! I never experienced such a thing in just 6 days of staying! The Villa is a piece of heaven in the earth! Peaceful, gorgeous, full of joy and love! Summary: The villa is gorgeous and everything it shows in the pictures. The neighborhood is safe and the view is incredible. Anna and Raul were absolutely amazing and took very good care of us. We plan to come back because it was such a great experience.

Summary: This property is absolutely gorgeous, roomy and in a great location, only a 5 minute Uber ride into town. The house sits on the side of a hill and the view is amazing down to the ocean and beach area, this is a perfect spot for a big family or 3 couples to stay at. Ana and Raul are icing on the cake. First of all, everything she makes is outstanding and will leave you wanting more. We were greeted with homemade chips, pico, guacamole and mango margaritas as we arrived. Ana's chilaquiles was something we could have eaten every morning, was so delicious. The 2 of them together are a dream team. They took care of our laundry, kept the fridge stocked with water, soda, etc and were always asking if we needed anything. This stay exceeded our expectations and we have been raving to friends since we returned. Thank you!

Summary: There was no better spot in the world to spend my husbands 50th birthday. The day was filled with margaritas, lounging in the pool and taking in the astonishing view. It is a spectacular place. Ana and Raul topped it off with incredible attention to detail and cooking better than any restaurant. Thank you for such a memorable stay.
