Welcome to Cottonseed! This property is nestled on the beautiful, spring-fed San Marcos River. It boasts .65 acres of nature, a pool/hot tub, a main house, two casitas, a playground, and a trampoline for you and your guests (22 people, 11 beds). It's great for special occasions and retreats.
While the property offers a peaceful retreat in a rural community, it's just a 10-minute drive to the vibrant city of San Marcos. Thus, you can enjoy the best of both worlds: tranquility and convenience.
The main house is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home with one king bed, two queen beds, and full bunk beds.
The River Casita has full bunk beds, a bathroom, and a mini-fridge.
The Road Casita has two bunkbebs. One is a king/queen, while the other is a queen/queen.
We have a pool and hot tub in the front of the property, which is located directly on the San Marcos River. Unfortunately, our dock was washed away in a flood, and we are rebuilding it, so this property does not have dock access.
