Refurbished for 2017, and always professionally and continually maintained, is this stunning, secluded and peaceful Villa with optional heated pool and glorious sea views.
This 6 Bedroom , 5 Bathroom home is set in fantastic half acre (2000m2) gardens offering space and privacy for the guests, yet situated a short 15min walk (just over 1 mile / under 2 km) from Javea Beach (Arenal) it's shops & restaurants. The villa is decorated and furnished in a contemporary style throughout, with the highest standard of amenities and appliances.
For those looking for a spacious environment, the villa offers that and more. Ideal for large parties it offers various dining areas for eating as well as plenty of sleeping and bathing options. The layout itself gives a nice flow to the property, with many windows and doors to give a bright, airy feel. It offers modern accommodation at its very best, whist making the most of the fabulous outdoor space with its own private pool. There is a plentiful supply of sun loungers, day beds and poolside seating. Ideal for both summer and winter holidays, the heated private pool enables swimming all year round.
There is an Outdoor Table Tennis table & an outdoor Pool Table to keep everyone entertained. There is also a covered TV area near the pool with Xbox games console.
As well as the rear dining area by the BBQ, there is a large dining area on the traditional Spanish Naya offering views down to Javea and the Sea. Ideal for those wanting a little shade or an evening aperitif!
There is also a well equipped kitchen with most modern appliances and utilities you could hope for, to make this a home-away-from-home experience. The kitchen has been designed in a very contemporary style, which gives it a very modern feel and is easy to keep clean.
The villa offers a really spacious, sociable environment – perfect for families and large groups – whilst still offering privacy and their own space to the guests with its various garden & terrace areas and the self-contained apartments. Very private secure gardens with electric gates.

ACCOMMODATION
The Villa comfortably sleeps 12 people in Beds. Apartment 2 is fully Open Plan, this includes the Sofa Bed being open plan with the King Size bedroom Area.
Upstairs:
Large lounge, Dining Room, 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite) with 3rd family bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with all facilities.
Downstairs:
2 Individual Apartments both with double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Each having their own studio style kitchen and with a sofa in the lounge area
All rooms have hot and cold air conditioning and central heating throughout. Most bedrooms also have ceiling fans to keep cool.

Summary: We had such a great time, the villa is set up perfectly to accommodate large family groups with the two separate apartments on the lower floor. The pool and entertaining areas are amazing and it is close to some wonderful restaurants (Oasis and Cafe Flo), both recommendations of Danny - the property manager.

Summary: The villa is lovely. Lots of living space so as a large family, you still have space away from others if you wish. Outdoor spaces are great too with a few different seating areas. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The villa is on a hill and so we used taxis to get to the beach, restaurants etc. Some family members did walk it but it was nice to have taxis in the heat.

Summary: Property was fantastic and fabulous views. Property had everything you could want very home from home. Had little areas in property if you wanted some time on your own. Kids loved the pool, darts and pool table and so did the adults. Up a steep hill but we managed without a car. Danny on hand if we needed him and so helpful. Will be booking again. Summary: This stylish property has everything you will need for a fantastic holiday. Just come home from our 3rd visit. The pool is amazing and the accommodation has a really good room arrangement for extended family or friends. It also provides several outside eating areas which really works if it decides to rain! The lovely beach being in walking distance is a bonus too. Danny who looks after the Villa is a diamond. Will definitely return :))

Summary: Its a beautiful villa and we had an amazing time. Cleaners turning up at 8.40 on the check out day was a little annoying, but otherwise would recommend a great place.
