Summary: Our team used this as a place to stay and rest, especially between prelims and finals. The house was super clean, extremely quiet, and had a lot of places to rest and relax. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We will definitely stay in this house again!

Summary: The house is great and Jake was amazing at prompt communication. we had some travel delays and Jake was super helpful in making sure folks were able to get into the house. Within walking distance to the main downtown area which is really fun.

Summary: Beautiful modern house within a couple of blocks of all the boutique stores and many restuarants. Well equipped kitchen and lots of space for a large group. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The only thing it was missing was a hair dryer!

Summary: We had 4 adults stay in this house for 4 nights for a sales meeting. The house was perfect for our needs, it was clean, spacious, convenient to Franklin. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating.

Summary: Overall, the house was perfect for some of our extended family to stay during our family reunion weekend. The home was beautiful and very clean. Since it is new, I am sure there are some items still in the works. Initially, there was some issues with the Smart Lock app and being able to enter the house, but the owners took care of that immediately. The one recommendation I would suggest is adding a coffee pot for guests to make their own coffee. We really enjoyed this house and we plan to stay here for our next family reunion!

Summary: This house worked out great for us! We had two families sharing the house. Bedrooms/bathrooms worked perfectly. House was clean and as pictured. Note, hot tub and coffee maker were not there when we stayed. The extra bonus is how close the house is to Franklin's downtown area. Such a great downtown, restaurants, coffee shops, parks! We enjoyed that. The manager's communication was excellent and he was great to work with. We would definitely stay again!
