Positive: The apartment was spacious and had all the appliances, dish washer, clothes washer and dryer, oven, cooktop and big fridge freezer and wash liquid etc was all provided. Located away from the hustle and bussel of the inner city but plenty of restaurants and food outlets and a nice pub down the road. The free Red Cat bus goes right past the door and will have you in the heart of the city within minutes.
Negative: A hassel for us to pick up the key as the pick-up spot is some distance away from the apartment. We didn't have a vehicle and caught a taxi to the apartment thinking the key pick-up spot would be close by. It was late at night and we had to find another taxi so we could get the key. Partly our fault as if we had checked the location for the key pick up first, we could have picked it up on the way.

Positive: Great bed and very clean and property very secure. Pool looks great but too cold for us to swim this time. Full separate washer and dryer was awesome. Set up with some tea, coffee, shampoo, body wash etc. Location was awesome for us. Easy to get in and out of the city and some great dining options close.
Negative: TV small and had no apps or streaming capacity. Second smaller couch very uncomfortable as was a fold out bed with little cushioning. The unit is a bit dated especially the bathroom. The landing where the unit was located smelled of old food which is not the owners fault and the smell wasn't in the unit.

Positive: The apartment was well equipped and very clean. Location was perfect
Negative: The aircon was not working and as a result we had to spend a couple of nights without heating. It coincided with with some quite cold nights which was not pleasant. The staff provided temporary heating which worked pretty well.
Summary: It was great except for the aircon issue. I think key pick up was troublesome as it was in the driveway of the building
