Summary: Clean Room , stayed in level 5 , was such a perfect night the aircon was a hit & miss as it kept coming and going but other than that the breakfast was great

Summary: The room was clean, but devoid of cutlery. The pool was not as advertised and could not be used as was unheated and outside. We booked it for the pool for our kids. Hotels.com were willing to change the booking but when they called rhe Plaza, the receptionist refused to make any changes saying that we had now checked in. This unwillingness to help left a sour taste in our mouths.
