Summary: Upgraded to a “premium room”, apparently has “premium channels” but there’s nothing but the free channels which all tvs have. The air con is off yet there is a separate vent blowing cold air through making the room cold, the heating is basically non existant. Dated bathroom, the pictures made it look newer and nicer to bathe in, the foyer is nice but as a whole not the experience I wanted when booking for me and my partner. Once we showered and was climbing into bed there was a cockroach climbing around on the wall around the headboard. Noisy from the road too, we stayed on the 1st floor “premium” room. Disappointing and unfortunately won’t be staying here again.

Summary: Staff were extremely helpful The property was clean but quite dated We had a room below the gym this was very bad as you could here weights thumping on the ceiling until quite late at night and it started again at 6.00 am Would recommend to ask for a room which is not on the 2nd floor The shower was over the bath which was quite high and that made it rather difficult to get into - there were no hand rails The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices We would stay again but make sure we got a room away from the 2nd floor and with a walk-in shower

Summary: Good location overlooking parkland and river. Comfortable room with lovely bed, plain furnishings shower over bath and balcony. Nice terrace for dinner and drinks

Summary: Other than a few marks on the corridor carpet, we loved every minute of our stay last weekend. Our room, the staff and the food and service at Gusti were all excellent! Thank you so much.
