If you want to experience the magnificent mountains, you can take the trip up on the open mountains opposite Haugsbygda and elsewhere in the area - here is a fantastic view as far as the eye can see. With the boat you have access to some of Norway's best fishing spots in the Gurskefjord or in open danger waters further out. Entry of cod normally takes place 21 Feb-15 March each year, the fishing field for cod is 40 minutes away by boat.
