Positive: A gorgeous house, tastefully decorated and adorned with quality artwork. It had everything we needed for a week in Malta and was perfectly positioned in a lovely area. Our host, Karl was very helpful.

Positive: Very good apartment, clean, comfortable, great location close to transport, restaurants and tourist attractions. Host welcomed us on arrival and there was cold beers in the fridge which was much appreciated. 30 min easy bus ride to Valetta.

Negative: There are 2 sets of quite steep stairs, 1st to the living area, 2nd to the main bedroom. It was ok for us but could be difficult for some.

Summary: Enjoyable stay in Rabat.

Positive: I have no words! Everything was excellent! The house was clean and literally equipped with everything someone might need on their vacation. The owner was kind and hospitable, always willing to answer our questions. There is also a ready-made manual with information not only about the house and the appliances but also about activities, sights, and food. It was perfect!

Positive: Beautiful house, immaculate, very close to amenities. Although the weather was very hot, there was air conditioning in every room. There is artwork everywhere, and the house is tastefully furnished. Restaurants and shops are walking distance.

Positive: We loved everything about this house. The terrace, the sound of the birds, commons spaces, decorations. You can simply move here and have everything you need, that well equipped it is. The host was absolute delight, helpful, welcoming. I would recommend this place 100 %, it is a great base to everywhere, parking spot nearby, if you are patient you get a spot even in a hush hours. Thank You, we had truly amazing time discovering Malta!

Positive: We were very grateful that the host supplied the requested grocery items.

Negative: You need to mention that there are stairs in the apartment although this might seem obvious given that it is a town-house. Although Stephen (aged 69) and I (aged 73) do not have mobility issues, there may be guests who would find the stairs a problem!

Summary: Suitable for guests wishing a relaxing, quiet vacation away from the hubbub of a large city.

Positive: Great location near Mdina. Very well equipped apartment, had everything we could possible want, including tea, coffee and some drinks. Excellent wifi on all floors. Great communication from Karl with any questions answered very promptly. A very comfortable apartment with everything you could need. It's located on a quiet street/alley, although as in all such narrow locations any noise/voices does carry and can be heard inside even on the highest floor but very quiet during the night. I would definitely this recommend this property.

Negative: Stairs. The property was over 3 floors (or 4 if you count the basement laundry), however this was fairly clear form the information and Karl confirm the layout of the property before our visit. However the stairs are very even solid stairs and not narrow or spiral, but as it is a lovely old building each flight is about 1.5 times longer than a standard flight. That said, unless you have mobility issues it's fine - my knees are dodgy but I just took the stairs slow and steady and they were fine.
