Positive: I liked the location, total value, the cleanliness of inside, as well as all the supplies provided.
Negative: The pool needs a good cleaning and maintenance, The floor is extremely grippy, which scratches you very easily. Left with some scars. The directions on how to get to the house could also be a bit more explained. Luckily the security guard was willing to help.
Summary: Comfortable, great location.

Positive: The property was beautiful, nice private pool, upscale gated community. The house was very spacious and comfortable. One of the most well equipped with everything you could need. Baths were large with plenty of storage and great lighting, kitchen had every kind of appliance and gadget you could imagine. Good air conditioning and great water pressure. Hot water always. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of towels and extra linens. Beach Chairs, beach towels and floats were provided. There was a pool shower as well. A bonus was we had a stray dog come visit us the whole time we were there and stay out on the back patio. He was very sweet and loving. He appeared to be taken care of by the community as he was not starving but happy to take our leftovers. It was hard to say goodbye to him! Overall it was a good value for the money, compared to the high rise hotels and condos nearby but you must have a car rental as it is further away from the beach and nightlife. Closest beach was really too far to walk.
Negative: The clothes dryer stopped heating while there. We alerted management, but no one responded. We couldn't do any wash unless we hung it out and with the humidity that made it impossible to dry. Especially the beach towels. One of the shower doors was broken and there was a sign on it saying it would be fixed. Was still able to use it. Furniture in living area and patio was a bit worn. Need to replace the plastic chaise lounges in pool area. They were worn and cracked and not comfortable. There was a leak in the roof outside in the area where we sat most of the time. Wasn't a real issue, but thought management should be aware.
Summary: Beautiful home away from home in Aruba!

Positive: Good neighborhood, quiet place (besides the noisy American tourists next door) good weather as always in Aruba. Garden very small but nice and treated regularly.
Negative: House needs some restoration works already, also the cleaning standards are probably different in Aruba than in Europe.
Summary: No bad nor good surprises, can recomand this house to not much demanding travelers.

Positive: The villa is well-appointed and very spacious, with excellent air conditioning providing a cool retreat. Beautifully maintained, with heavy furniture that gives a feeling of substance and quality, making them feel more like a home than a holiday rental. All utensils and equipment you could wish for are provided, and they don't just provide exactly one item per guest. Private, large outdoor spaces with many areas for relaxing, some covered areas for sun refuge. An inviting pool with 'pool toys' and an outside shower. The barbeque area was nice but it ran out of fuel after one use
Negative: Upon arrival, there was no hot water, an issue that should have been checked beforehand. Communication was poor, with guests having to spend too much time finding local contact details to report the hot water issue which was fixed once contact was made. The villa lacked any information about local attractions, shops, and the operation of fittings. Providing this information, including a local contact number, would have ensured a more fuller experience. This point has been made by previous guests. So I conclude that the villa owners either do not read their reviews or are indifferent to customer service..
