Summary: We had a large group comprised of 4 smaller groups. We were able to gather in the yard to socialize and grill/eat together but we also had spaces inside to visit/play games in a large group or in smaller groups. Most of our group went to Waverly Hills but the others were able to stay at the house or do their own thing. It was the perfect place for our group. We appreciated the off-street parking, outdoor space and the neighbor, the most. We hope to stay again some day!

Summary: Great house in a great neighborhood. We didn’t understand it was in 3 separate units when renting it so made it a little chaotic for the entire group staying. Air conditioning in the upstairs loft was not ideal but kept things cool enough. Great backyard with lots to do.

Summary: This was a great place to host our group. The multi-level layout works well for both late night and early morning gatherings while not interrupting those that like to sleep. The backyard was perfect for relaxing after a day on the trail. Finally, our Host was excellent with the logistics and answering our questions. Thanks

Summary: This house is lovely and great for large families. There are three floors with lots of steps so be prepared for that. The home has been redone and is beautiful. We were all comfortable and enjoyed the backyard on two lovely evenings! Thanks for a great stay!
