There is a brand new outside grill and brand new outside furniture/deck space. 2 propane tanks are provided, but we do not fill up the propane tanks, it’s the guests responsibility

Summary: Our family all enjoyed our stay. Jason, our host was available for any questions and always responded quickly. The accommodations were excellent. House was neat and tidy when we arrived and all amenities promised were there. Easy to park! We especially loved the heated pool and hot tub. The entire family made extensive use of both. We also like the ease of getting to restaurants, Stone Harbor Beach and a few trips to Wildwood. We highly recommend the house.

Summary: We had 11 adults and 3 children under 10. We all had plenty of space, and all thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and volleyball net. Beautiful beaches are 10-15 minutes away- Stone Harbor, Wildwood, and Cape May. We enjoyed walking to the local brewery and pubs minutes down the road in the evening. Beds were comfortable. Large towels were provided, but no hand towels and wash cloths... Did not find pot holders, and the pans were not big enough to make meals for 14 people (i have larger pans to feed my family of 5), but we managed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Summary: Our family stayed for an extended weekend and had a wonderful time. The house and pool were well maintained and there were plenty of games and pool toys available to us. Jason was incredibly responsive and friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

Summary: We chose the property after a last-minute unfortunate fire destroyed the property we were going to stay at in Delaware. Jason to the rescue. His communication was outstanding, and he even dropped off a retirement cake for me. Now that is going above and beyond. Our 3 adult children brought along their 5 children. They had a blast and are still talking about it. The pool was awesome, and the kids loved the sand volleyball court although no volleyball was played. LOL. Everything is close and my wife managed to find a TJ Maxx up the street. The grocery store came in very handy. Please check out GP's, 3 doors up for breakfast lunch and dinner. Summary: Our adult family had an awesome time going from gorgeous pool to hot tub and then volley ball on the sand area. House layout was perfect and roomy for our whole adult family. Loved location 10 min. Drive to Stone Harbors fab beach and shops! All pool and beach equipment were provided. Jason was great!

Summary: Can't say enough great things about this rental. SUPER clean ,up to date . The pool was amazing and the owner has someone come at like 6am to clean and service the pool halfway through our trip , which was so nice the hot tub was so good. Everything is almost brand new . They keep the house and property at the highest level i have ever seen . The owner was so felxable check in early , super easy check in and check out. We had our 3yr old and 1 yr old and they were in the pool for 6 hours a day ! We were in love and recommended this house to all our friends . You are minutes from wild wood and even closer to stone harbour , you won't run out of things to do and it's nice to be away from all the people. It's like you're in your own compound ! Oh and there are more bed in the place than you will know what to do with ... King bed her there everywhere , bunk beds , and so much space ! Thank you to the owner we will def be back and maybe even over the winter ! 10 stars !!!!

Summary: We had a multiple generation family vacation here. We spent many hours enjoying the new pool. The kitchen is modern. Parking is easy and ample. The location was great for us. Many restaurants and coffee shops are within a few blocks. The beach is about a 10 minute drive. A top notch park and zoo is close by and free. Jason is very responsive and easy to communicate with. He is obviously putting a lot of thought and work into renovating this 19th century home.
