Right outside of Charlotte!
Offering a Luxury Home and Moored Houseboat on a private peninsula with salt water hot tub incredible views, decks and a beach! Most feel they are on a private island but we are just 5 minutes from grocery stores and more.. (Main channel) Breathtaking property with 360 views and 1000' of lakefront! High end furnishing throughout include houseboat that has its own full kitchen, Cal King bed & Queen sofabed, 3 decks, kayak and boat slip. Start your get away by driving down the private drive, with water on both sides of the drive, pass your own easy access beach for swimming, sailing, paddle boarding, canoeing or laying out in the sun on a chaise lounge. Swim dock and boat dock, private boat launch, BYOB (boat). Tether ball, basketball, ping pong, covered veranda with fans, rocking chairs picnic table and BBQ. Fish off of the swim dock or from the beach. Fire pit and fire table. You won't believe this place! We feed the fish daily! (haha they come to our house! With a little luck and the right bait, you'll have a fresh dinner, or just catch and release.)

Private luxury suite downstairs - with Cal king electric bed (1st BR), its own entrance, full kitchen, washer/dryer, marble bathroom with dual head shower and double sink, sitting area, flat screen tv.
Master bedroom (2nd BR) has king bed, en suite bathroom with shower.
King bedroom (3rd BR). Bunk and boat bedroom (4th BR) has bunk bed with twin over queen and full trundle & boat bed is twin with twin trundle.
Oversized bedroom has a day bed (with trundle) and queen blow up (5th BR), large closet and amazing views in the sitting area and at second dining table. Full additional bath with tub, washer and dryer.
HOUSEBOAT-STATIONARY
Private master with Cal King and its own entrance. Living room has queen sofa bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom with large shower and fully functioning toilet (not a "boat toilet"), flat screen tv.

Summary: You could not ask for a better location on the water! There is so much room on the property and the house was very accommodating for our larger group. Would highly recommend for friends trips, large family trips, etc. Far enough from the big city but close enough to still take an uber to/from the airport and local restaurants.

Summary: Our stay at Abundant Life was perfect! The views are gorgeous. The decks are the perfect place to have coffee and conversation in the morning with family and reflection of the fun times during the day. The fire pit was enjoyed by all at night making s’mores. The house is so spacious. They planned for every detail including restaurant locations, things to do in area, fully stocked kitchen, grills, boat rental, kayaks, etc. Everyone loved it. Great place to make memories.

Summary: We had the wonderful experience of staying at this property this past week. Both the house and the houseboat were beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed leisurely coffees in the morning and long talks in the evenings as we sat on the deck overlooking the lake. It was so peaceful. A perfect place for families and friends to gather for a meal and long conversations or to spread out and enjoy some solitude. The home and the property in general were far more spacious than one would think from the photos or even first impression as we drove up. Stores and restaurants are only a quick 10 minute car ride away. The beds were comfortable. The shower in the basement was amazing. The kitchens were outfitted with anything you might need for a delicious meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here creating memories and would come back in a heartbeat.

Summary: The location and amenities of this home were exactly what we were looking for! I only wish we had more time to take advantage of all the amazing amenities it had to offer. No matter which direction you looked, you saw water. It is definitely something special. The hosts checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Summary: The 10 of us had a wonderful long weekend here. The inside of the home is big and beautiful. The outside of the home is even bigger and more beautiful. We were on our own, private peninsula on Lake Wylie. We hope to come back again during the summer months to take advantage of the swimming and kayaking and other outdoor opportunities. A wonderful host in Rick. Handled any small snafus quickly and respectfully.

Summary: This was our first time at Lake Wylie. The house was great- beautiful views on 3 sides. Plenty of room for everyone. The beach for the grandkids was perfect. The internet is not good at all- but the family who needed to work used their phone hotspots. The welcome gifts from our house was a nice surprise. Excellent week - hope to return soon!
