Summary: We liked this house. Perfect 3 bedroom, 3bath. I'd say my only complaint is that we could not control the thermostat as it is locked - it is explained in the house manual, so I was aware, but temperature is a very personal thing and as a family of 6, sometimes it needs to be warmer and sometimes cooler. A storm came through one day and it was freezing inside even at 72. But the house is great, great location, and easy walk to the beach. The golf cart rental across the street has a lot of traffic which blocks the driveway some, but was manageable. All things considered, we liked it. Owner was very responsive to messages.

Summary: We enjoyed the stay very much. Had a couple small hiccups but nothing crazy. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. The only thing I will point out is you can feel the house moving so if you get motion sickness easily it could be an issue.

Summary: Took the family (wife and two kids ages 7 and 4) for a week at 7 Palms. We were all very excited when we walked in and saw how spacious it actually was in person. The pictures online don't do it justice. We were very happy with our stay. Excellent location. Mosquitos were bad (strangely enough only after like the 3rd or 4th day there), but the property owners mentioned that so we knew that going in. Awesome time. No complaints. We definitely would come back to this place to stay again.

Summary: The property was nice, clean and well stocked. Any questions we had were answered promptly. The only problem we had was that the VRBO add said that we could have up to two pets of 20 pounds or less. When we told the owners that we were bringing our 20 year old cat, we were told that there were no pets allowed. Since we did not find out about this until about a week before the rental date, it created a problem for us. Fortunately we were able to have our neighbor come over to feed the cat. The VRBO ad needs to be corrected. Other than that one problem, our stay was enjoyable and we would stay there again.

Summary: Awesome place. Walking distance to the beach. Super helpful owners. The beach wasn't crowded by the house and there is a small store with almost everything you could need within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back. Great place for a couple or a family.
