The famous village of Dolcedo with its intact infrastructure can be reached in 350 m walking distance. Here are not only pizzerias and grocery stores, but also a bank with ATM and a pharmacy, a delicious bakery and various specialty stores, as well as a regular bus service to the city complete the vacation offer. The nearest sandy beaches and the small town of Imperia can be reached in 6 km.
The two-story house has grown from a very old core and is surrounded by olives, vines and fruit trees. Here you have pure nature, tranquility and plenty of space to play and relax far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The terraces with dining area and sun loungers and brick barbecue with magnificent panoramic views over the olive groves to the medieval village invites you to relax. On the ground floor is a large eat-in kitchen and a separate living area with a cozy TV corner and a separate shower room. On the upper floor are two comfortable bedrooms (one with double bed 160x200 and a smaller bedroom 90x200 plus pull-out bed) with panoramic balcony and a modern, spacious shower room.
The house is directly accessible only by small cars (Fiat 500 type). However, you can safely park your car near the landlord's residence (300 m away) Your luggage will be transported by the landlord upon arrival and departure. To the grocery store and restaurants it is only 350 m walk along the Rio die Boschi. A highlight are the wild romantic bathing places in the river only 200 m from the house. Here you can enjoy the summer.
