The first floor of this villa features the primary entertaining area with a fully stocked kitchen, wet bar, and an open floor plan living/dining room. A half bathroom is conveniently located to the left of the main entrance with additional closet area for storage! The dining area overlooks the spacious living room with brand new furniture, a smart TV and full width sliding glass doors that highlight the ocean view. The patio is the perfect space to relax outdoors with a propane grill, dining table and comfortable lounge seating with some of the best sunsets on Hilton Head Island!
