**1. Great Room**: Enjoy a spacious great room with a 6-person dining table, a business desk with a landline telephone and Ethernet connection, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience. The living room area is furnished with comfortable couches and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding and relaxation. Additionally, the seating area can double as additional sleeping space with a memory foam sleeper sofa accommodating two guests.
**2. Fully Integrated Kitchen**: Our kitchen is a culinary haven with Italian-designed cabinetry and polished designer stone countertops. It's equipped with a flat range stove, gourmet wall oven, side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, and a built-in microwave. You'll find everything you need to prepare meals, including a KEURIG coffee maker and a well-stocked inventory of dishes, plates, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans. Basic essentials like seasonings, salt, pepper, and condiments are also provided for your convenience. Whether you choose to cook up a storm or dine at one of the nearby restaurants, the choice is yours.
**3. Master Suite**: The master suite is your private sanctuary, complete with a king-size bed, high-end luxury bedding, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The dramatic double entrance can be opened or closed for privacy. Whether you're interested in sailing, shopping, exploring museums, or enjoying marinas, this city truly offers a world-class experience. 5 minutes from Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. 10 minute drive to Las Olas Blvd. 20 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Airport.
One note of importance: The Jacuzzi jets are currently not functioning, but we hope you'll find the other amenities more than compensate for this temporary inconvenience.
