Positive: The place is beautiful it’s right next to the beach , it has everything you need there and what a lovely time we had. Went for my sons Birthday and Katrina went above and beyond to help me surprise my Son, such a lovely lady, definitely be staying again 💯
Negative: Your not able to park outside the house unless your a resident you have to park over the road and if it’s busy then it’s awkward to unload your luggage, but thankfully we had managed to get parking.
Summary: Loved the host , loved the house loved the holiday

Positive: Close to beach,. Light, clean rooms. Well equipped kitchen with all you need if decide to cook Books, games and beach stuff if needed. Lovely garden to relax with BBQ if wanted. Owner kindly left some supplies for us. Parking easy though might have been as we not in high season. Overall lovely place to stay....put down your bags and relax..

Positive: Great little property for our few days by the seaside. Thanks for the kitchen and bathroom products. The Welsh cakes and robes in the bedroom were a nice touch. We'll be back
Negative: Was unsure where to park when we got there. Parking instructions were in the flat though. Maybe add where to park to the welcome email

Positive: Really calming, relaxing place. We just stayed for 3 nights in February half term. The apartment was dog friendly which is why we chose it and there is an enclosed patio space out the back where you can be outside with no worry about the dog disappearing. The main plus is just how close to the beach this property is. Step out the door, turn left and you're there. As we stayed in February most of the attractions were closed and it was pretty cold and windy, but we still had a great time. We loved that there were a few things in the hallway to take to the beach - a bucket and spade and my son had loads of fun flying the kite. There were also some board games and some books. A loaf of bread, some butter and milk had all been left for us on arrival so we were able to have some toast and a cuppa straight away before heading out. The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, the only thing we couldn't find was a hair dryer which would have been good due to how cold it was going outside with wet hair! We were able to park on the road opposite the property as there was free on road parking, but expect this was due to it being out of season. There was also some paid parking at £5 a night. The property was right next to Trecco Bay, with Aldi supermarket really close and the main part of Porthcawl only 10/15 minutes walk. The bus station is also about 5 minutes walk away where you could get a bus to Cardiff or Bridgend. We would definitely stay at the apartment again and would recommend to others.
Negative: There are steps to the front of the property which means it isn't accessible to all.

Positive: The location was about 10 min walk from the venue we were attending in park dean trecco bay , so didnt have to stay on site in caravan (winter time) Check out was later thab usual so a added bonus. The host left bread, milk and few other foods items. There was everything you could need and more to clean up and wash clothes if needed. There was stuff to entertain the kids (board gsmes, lego style blocks, beach toys. The bedrooms were great big main bedroom and a double lower / single upper bunkbed for kids to sleep )
