Less than onne mile south of Beach Haven Center, located in Webster's Lagoon section of the Queen City, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is not to be missed.
Leeward Ave is a clean, spacious reverse living home on a quiet street in South Beach Haven.
Key-less entry at the 2nd floor front door welcomes you to a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful living/dining area. In addition to fully stocked cabinets, 60 inch Roku TV and great room with new pull-out sleeper, the 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms (queen/twins), a laundry room, and a full bathroom with tub/shower.
Take the spiral stairs down or enter the side door at the ground level and you will be pleasantly surprised by two more large bedrooms (king/queen) and another full bath. There is also access to the garage - a great space for bikes and beach equipment.
Leeward Ave is an easy bike ride to restaurants, bars, Bay Village, Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf Water park, mini golf, grocery and all that Beach Haven Borough has to offer. The distance from the action allows those who stay on Leeward to escape the crowds and lounge on a beautiful, family friendly beach; it's the best of both worlds. With ice cream, bike rental, playground, pickle/basketball courts and a sandwich/coffee shop all just a block away, you may never need to leave your Beach Haven “Haven”.
When you don't have your toes in the sand, relax on the front deck or in the back yard and be sure not to miss the LBI sunset from the rooftop deck.
WIFI, Central air, UVC light (see details below), washer/dryer, gas grill, 4 flat-screen TVs, 2 decks, a large outside shower and fenced in back yard will keep you comfortable during your stay.
The layout makes sharing a house fun and easy. Pack your sheets, towels and bathing suits and get ready for a fabulous, relaxing vacation.
Check in time is 3 PM and check out is at 9:30 AM. Pets will be considered for an additional fee $250-$450 fee (applied to allergy treatments), and you may request bed linens for an additional $150 fee.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, spacious, and in a perfect, quiet location. Very comfortable beds, loved that there were beach chairs provided, and the two decks were great to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. Plenty of parking. Wonderful beach home!

Summary: The house was so close to the beach (1 minute walk) and a short drive to shops and Fantasy Island. Rooms were spacious and clean and the house was perfect for our family. Kids loved being so close to a nice playground and the ice cream shop around the corner. Kristin was very easy to communicate with and always got back to me very quickly. Thanks again!

Summary: My husband and myself have summer vacationed in the Outer Banks and for the past 4 years on LBI with my daughter, her husband, 2 children and senior dog...all agreed this was the best of all! Everyone loved the beautiful, clean, well supplied and maintained home with plenty of room, comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms on separate floors and nice location....any questions I had were answered by Kristin within minutes...my grandchildren liked going to the local playground in the morning before beach time too....having the Boardwalk store and ice cream shop so close was also a plus....all quickly said they'd love to come back next year! Thanks again for a memorable special vacation!

Summary: Very happy with our stay at LBI. Kristen made our rental process easy, and was relaxed and welcoming when we arrived. No complaints about this house. It is clean and comfortable. Lots of space and choices to hang out, whether it is the open dining/kitchen/living area, the main balcony or roof top patio it's a fun house. Fully stocked and operational. Quiet area close to beach and village, I can't say enough. Very relaxing vacation. Thank you again.

Summary: My family and I stayed here for the week of 8/6-13/2016 and loved every minute! First, prior to our stay, dealing with Kristin was such a pleasure! She went above and beyond for us and answered all our questions quickly. The house is wonderful....very comfortable and homey. We were 3 children and 6 adults and we were not cramped at all. Summary: A very comfortable home that makes it very easy to relax in. Your hospitality was wonderful, in fact we awoke one morning to a broken coffee maker, a disaster for some of us. A quick call and we had a replacement at our doorstep in under 15 minutes! The neighborhood is quiet and very family oriented. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be coming back!

Summary: My family and I just got back from our stay at this lovely home.. the house is very well maintained with the most comfortable beds I think any of us has ever slept in!!! And the walk to the beach was a breeze.. and BEAUTIFUL! this was our first time down at the south part of the island, and we are certainly looking forward to staying there again!
