Summary: The carvan is lovely, however the advert needs to be way more transparent. We chose to stay with a private host vs through the actual park which ended up biting is the in ass. We brought our lazy lurczer us with who dosent do great in busy spaces, but thought no worries we can leave him while we head into towm etc. Nope an hour before we was due to arrive we found out the dog cant be left on his own meaning we couldnt even acsses the parks facilities, it also screwed up our plan for saturday. Hes a nervous boy and really struggles in busy places so bascily meant we spent £200 on a hoilday to stay in, had we paid an extra £100 we would have gone with the park and been allowed to leave him. The information prior to booking needs to be much more transparent around information and charges around pets. Dropping at £30 charge on me after ive always booked and paid left me with no choice but to accept the charge is a bit distasteful also. Unfortunately the hoilday was a waste of time and money.

Summary: We rented this property at very short notice for a few days away last minute. It was exactly what we were looking for. Pet friendly,enclosed decking in a nice quiet area but not far from the beach

Summary: Could it be closer to the sea? Or a bit bigger? Or maybe even cleaner? Of course it could:-))) but it was a short break for us in caravan park and it was exactly what I expected... and we all loved it:-))) Thank you!

Summary: The caravan looks a lot bigger than it is and is not really suitable for any more than four adults. There was still a dirty sheet on the fold down bed and the bedrooms had obviously not been dusted. The gas ran out shortly after arrival and you needed to pay £12 for a secirity pas s to pay to get a drink. Enough said.

Summary: This is our second time in this caravan love the seating on the balcony. The caravan was situated in the middle of everything beach, shops, close to Hemsby, Great Yarmouth, Caister so much to do. The property was clean, is kitted our with essentials needed would definitely book again 😊
