Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I LOVED the location. I could just step outside the room and take a few steps and have the most amazing view/be lounging right by the water. It felt very private too, i didn’t encounter too many other guests while i was there and it was quiet. Also appreciated that the room had a full closet and a jacuzzi jet tub - that was so nice. The bed was comfy and it was clean. My only issue was that the floor was entirely carpeted even in the bathroom - I’m pretty turned off by old carpet so i didn’t want to set any of my belongings down on the floor and i felt the need to wear shoes pretty much all the time which made it slightly less comfortable. Also i was traveling there by myself and the only door to the room was the sliding door which also was the only window. Luckily it cooled down and they gave me an extra fan but the first day i was there it was so hot and there’s no AC so i was struggling with the fact that id have to leave the door open to get a breeze. I wasn’t going to leave the door open overnight for safety concerns - they assured me it was safe and it was but i don’t leave doors open while i sleep especially as a woman traveling by myself so that was an obstacle. UltimatelyIt was fine once the weather cooled down but upgrading to hard floors and having a small ac unit would just make it that much more comfortable. Otherwise i loved it, it was cozy and perfect for one person!

Summary: I had an amazing experience here. Christie (the manager I believe) was so helpful and friendly! The location is perfect. The property was clean, needs some updating but overall was great experience and on the water:) rent boats and paddle boards right in front Great steak Resturant across the street too!

Summary: Traveled from Southern California to Lake Tahoe for our son’s 40th bday celebration. The location to their VRBO was super close as well as a small beach (walking distance). The room met all of our needs for the brief time we spent in it. It was clean and had a comfy bed/pillows, and the room had a private porch with peek-a-boo lake view.

Summary: Very small property with only a few rooms. The lake is right behind the building so the view is beautiful. We were upgraded to a larger room. The host is very kind and easy to communicate with. My husband and I came to Lake Tahoe to celebrate our anniversary. When I booked the room I didn’t realize how massive the lake was. A lot of stuff we wanted to do was in South Lake Tahoe. We drove to the other side a few times during our stay and it’s roughly 45 mins each way. The views on the drive though are beautiful. The room was very spacious for the 2 of us, the bed was comfortable, we loved the mirror and lights behind the bed. Little dated but still perfect. The shower was very interesting but I loved how spacious it was…Would stay again, just keep in mind the distance you have to drive if you want to explore all of Tahoe.
