Positive: Comfortable living room furniture and two bathrooms. Good location. Kitchen had washing up liquid kitchen foil condiments and tea and coffee supplied. Properly was very clean and tidy.
Negative: No curtains on the master bedroom windows so light from very early. Problem with the TV in main living area. The landlord sent an engineer to rectify but it only worked for a couple of hours. Mattress in main bedroom (double) was in need of replacement..

Positive: Excellent location close to the town and the sailing club. The house was a great size for us with a large kitchen
Negative: Quite a few things were a little broken and the property would benefit from some TLC. The trains idling in the station were irritating. The temperature was set at 10 degrees, and while you could turn this up manually you could not programme it to warm up for when you returned home, or in the morning.
Summary: It was a good base for a sailing week

Positive: Position of the property was great as right by the towns facilities. Busy road to front of property which we did nt realise.
Negative: Needed a bit of a spruce up but clean Sofas in wrong place to watch tv Heating did nt seem to work Black out blinds would have been a bonus in main bedroom Main bedroom would be better with on suite No protectors on bedding Kettle lid had been stuck on with glue so fell off
Summary: Enjoyed our stay and made the most of it. Love the town

Positive: A lovely apartment nice and clean, nice views from the balcony overlooking the marina. A minutes walk to the local bars and train station. We would certainly recommend staying here. The TV and Wi-Fi could do with better reception but we managed with it. Good communication with the owner if you needed anything and easy to follow instructions for key entry and car parking at the property which was a bonus.

Negative: Although it was described as 2 bed with 2 bathrooms - we understood that the bedrooms were both downstairs but wasn’t told that the other shower/toilet room was upstairs- very inconvenient at night time. No instructions for washing machine ! No markings on the cooker/oven as they had all been worn off.
