Summary: Owners are very friendly and accommodating! We stayed in this upstairs apartment. Worked perfectly for us since our friends were in the rental home next door. This is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment! We will definitely return again if it is available.

Summary: This is a new apartment that was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. We had a few minor issues but it did not impact our stay. The homeowner was available to us as needed. I would recommend staying at this location.

Summary: Our family of 3 adults found this house to be perfect for our stay. The deck and sunset views were amazing. Small front room, but the deck made it more spacious. We didn't mind the stairs since they had a good hand rail. The neighbors were very quiet. We plan on coming back to this house.

Summary: Our family comes out to Winchester Bay every summer. This was by far the best property we have stayed at. We loved it and made wonderful memories as a family once again. Will definitely stay here again. We also rented the house next to this place for the rest of our family. This place was great along with the main house. Frank was great to work with! Thank you!
