There is a king bed in the master with an attached bathroom. The second room has a queen bed with a connecting bathroom to the third room which has a full futon sleeping 2 another twin bed sleeping 1 room total sleeps3 people. This condo sleeps a total of 7 people. The condo comes with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer & dryer, private garage, balcony. A heated shared pool located on Lake Huron. You can enjoy a view of the Mackinaw Bridge while you are in the pool or drinking tea on your balcony. You must climb 17 steps to enter the main level of the condo. This is where everything is located other than the garage.
The rental manager will have a contract for you to read over and fill out. It will have to be faxed, emailed, text or mailed back to her prior to your arrival.
