Enjoy the beautiful view where Lake Michigan and Lake Huron meet and of the Mackinac Bridge and historic Mackinac Island. The Straits of Mackinac are narrow waterways in the state of Michigan between Michigan's Lower and Upper Peninsulas. The main strait flows under the Mackinac Bridge and connects two of the Great Lakes, Lake Michigan and Lake Huron. You can enjoy all the flavors that the Mackinaw area has to offer and minutes be back in your Northern Michigan retreat.

Summary: This condo has everything you would need. Comfortable with a super comfortable king bed, lots of room, super clean and spacious. We absolutely loved it, the pool was perfect and views were great. We were able to check in a little early thanks to Carol! The pictures don’t do it justice, we have stayed here before and other units on the property, we will definitely be back!

Summary: My husband and I road bikes on the island and had cocktails on the Grand Hotel porch. Weather was perfect! We star gazed at night at Headlands Dark park on the beach. Totally cool park experience! Go for sunset (stunning) take your cooler and card games, or hike the trail while you wait for the stars to come out! Look through the telescope’s! Rock hounding second day. Take black fly spray! Excellent weekend! Ate a Hooks Lakeside Grill and really liked the atmosphere and food. Condo was impeccable!

Summary: First the condo was very clean. However as others have mentioned there are signs all over about removing your shoes and no smoking. I understand this is a rental unit that she would like to keep in good shape but one simple notice of the ground rules would suffice. And all of the furniture needs to be updated. The couch is very hard to get up from as you sink very deeply in to it. And the bed needs to be replaced with something that is actually comfortable. And while you do have water views, none of the pictures regarding the rental show that you are looking directly at the pool house. We would stay in one of the hotels that are on the water in the city for our next visit.
