This is our paradise at the end of a wooded road set on a private 3 acre peninsula with 850 feet of waterfront! It has 2 fire pits, rocky coves to watch the sunset, and 3 acres of flat land that allows children to run and explore. We are 12 minutes from Abay and Clayton. The fishing off the shore is amazing and instantly rewarding for little ones.. We also have 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board available for use. Our property is year round until plowing becomes an issue, off limits Feb-March.

Summary: This is a beautiful piece of property and the house is charming. We spent most of our time outdoors where there were many different spots to look at the water. As bird watchers we were thrilled to add a new bird to our lists! Our hostess couldn't have been nicer.I would highly recommend this destination. Just don't sign up for the week I want next year!

Summary: Cozy rustic cottage...not sure if it was a “typo” or what however the property is advertised as 2 bathrooms, there is not...also would have been good to know prior to booking that the only access to tv or internet is through “hotspot” on your smart phone, using lots of data. Overall a good stay, the property is very nice, lots of room to wander. Dock was great for fishing, fire pit was gladly used nightly!! Thanks to the Rider family!!

Summary: This is a wonderful property, remote enough to feel like your on your own island. Lots of land to explore. Kayaking and paddle boards were great. Fishing off the dock was amazing and swimming over to jump off rocks was a hit with my teens. Kitchen was supplied with all necessities, house was perfect! Would stay again in a heartbeat!
