4th of July week 2024 has a 7 night minimum stay (June 29 - July 6)
Fun for the entire family! Four 4 bedroom three full bath - kitchen has breakfast bar (will seat 10 using the table and breakfast bar - if additional seating is needed there is a folding table and chairs in the laundry room). Four flat screen TV's (Two on first floor and in two in each of the king bedrooms up stairs). Master bath includes double sinks and large walk in shower. Outside amenities include large deck and a fire pit for cool nights. Public boat launch approximately 1 mile away. The house has 88 feet of channel front; including dock and additional tie downs to leave your boat and personal water craft in the water all week long with excellent fishing right off the property. There is ample parking for 8 cars and three different private entrances. Other amenities include washer/dryer, large pantry, dressers/closets for clothes, large deck with tables and chairs, gas grill and a charcoal grill.
There are many things to see and do in the area. Check out one of the two golf courses or the local movie theater or bowling alley. If boating is more your speed, spend the day tubing or water skiing and then check out one of the two restaurants on the lake that are accessible by boat. There is also the local sandbar where the water is 3 to 4 feet deep so park your boat and have a picnic or go for a quick swim. Summary: This is a beautiful home with lots of space for everyone, plenty of sleeping space, a nice big kitchen, a beautiful deck with a gas grill hooked to the house, a fire pit that's easy to use, and plenty of parking. We really enjoyed ourselves. The neighbors seemed a bit snooty the few interactions we had with them. The neighborhood is somewhat upscale. In fact, houses around the whole lake are pretty upscale. It was easy to get to the lake from the house with our bass boat and pontoon. That lake is huge, took us an hour and a half to cruise around the whole thing. Wow. We didn't catch a lot here, which we were kinda surprised about. But still, relaxing time. It was great to have the cornhole too, very fun. We had a blast. We did have to get a few things from the store for the house including more toilet paper, kleenex, hand soap and sanitizer, body wash, and a few things for the kitchen. Otherwise, we had everything that we needed. I left them there to pay it forward. The pillows in the two big bedrooms were pretty flat, not enough fluff, even when I used two together. I think the best part of the weekend was playing cornhole and euchre. Lots of euchre. And the kitchen was just perfect. Plenty of space for us all. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend. I think we all had a pretty good time. If heading to Lake Wawasee, definitely a nice house to stay in.

Summary: We were a group of 8 over 60 years old family. It was adequate. Decor is what you would expect in a rental. Bunk beds are really better for kids. The bunk beds with springs are very noisy with ANY movement.

Summary: Overall a great stay for my extended family of 9. It should be noted there is a/c but it is not a central a/c system. Nor are there any lights on the deck(near the channel), you will need a flash light to see.

Summary: The house was very spacious and wonderful my family had plenty of room. We would’ve just like to have the swings and slide that was in the pictures for the little ones. But they had fun on the boat that we rented. And everyone that we talk to was very nice.
