Positive: Staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Came to room to assist with some tv features that were new to me. The room was very clean, important! I note that the temperature could not really be adjusted. Was set for 70, never went above 69. When I tried to boost to 72 to "get it going", it dropped to 68! I finally just turned it off, and it went up to 69. again! Felt better with fan off then. Did not eat the breakfast, so can't speak to that. Also did tell staff when checked out that the louver window cover lets in a LOT of night time light! Think the outside lighting could be adjusted. Oh, be sure to let your eyes adjust to darkness. before realizing how much light comes in the room from outside.

Positive: Oakwood Resort is stunningly beautiful from every direction located at the water's edge. Fabulous views, workout room, library, outdoor patio with ample rocking chairs and additional seating, large and small gazebos, the most comfortable bed! The staff is so very accommodating. A real treasure.
