Positive: The location is great and the views are lovely. The house lacks maintenance which is a pity because it's a beautiful home.
Negative: The house lacks maintenance and has severe structural damage which was a great concern during our stay. The host reassured us that they received clearance from the engineers. However, it would have been better to know about the structural damage prior to arriving at the house. Not all the baths had plugs and warm water was an issue during our stay.

Positive: Spacious and comfortable with a good view of the river and a nice sunset.
Negative: Didn’t realise how close the house was to the highway and how loud the traffic noise is coupled with the neighbours dogs being left out and barking constantly. It would also have been nice to have been informed of the neighbour being able to access the secure parking area during our stay.

Positive: Beautiful property with the potential to be outstanding
Negative: Several things not working ( bulbs, dishwasher, tv sound) No AIR-CONDITIONING as advertised . Villa Is incredibly hot due to vast amount of glass, without the air conditioning it made it impossible . We had to leave windows open which meant we were covered in mosquito bites. The ‘blue’ infinity pool was stocked off, as a pool owner myself I wouldn’t swim in it as it Was so cloudy and murky
