Condo conveniently located close to the lakes region and the white mountains. Within 30min you can be on Lake Winnipesaukee or shopping the outlets in North Conway. Story land is 40min away and Santa's Village is 90min away. Hiking, fishing, biking, etc. abound in the area. There is something available for everyone!

Summary: Overall this is a great location and a really nice condo. Our son loved climbing the spiral staircase and sleeping up in the loft area. We were pleasantly surprised by how much airflow there is in the unit coming from the two big sliding glass doors. The large deck also had an awning for shade though we did not use it. Great layout on the inside. The description doesn't highlight the screen room down by the beach or the clubhouse with bathrooms which were both nice additions. The beach is a part of a "club" however adding more than the handful of condo owners so the beach was busy during the weekend though not too crowded. The weekdays were very quiet. The nice field between the beach & condo's was great for frisbee, soccer, lacrosse, etc. The only small improvement we would recommend is that the gas grill get cleaned thoroughly between weeks as the drip fan lit up with flames while we were using it. We turned the grill off and let it sit until the flames went away and then only used the grill on low after that.

Summary: Property was as described. Bring your own linens/towels (a preference for me anyway!). We loved the secluded location and private beach community. The huge lawn was perfect for playing Frisbee and throwing a football around with plenty of room to spare. The water is super shallow at the shore and perfect for young families. As suggested in another review, there are a couple pontoon boat rentals not too far away. Call ahead to make a reservation! The unit had everything we needed, updates were noticed. As a cook, I really appreciated having good knives in the kitchen. There were lots of games and a variety of movies for our family to enjoy on our rainy day. The charm of this spot is that it's away from any touristy stuff, which is why we personally loved it. Most attractions, restaurants, and grocery stores are 20-30 minutes away. We packed a few coolers full of groceries for the week and only needed to stop at the grocery store once. There are some AMAZING hikes nearby, we especially love Bayle Mountain. We would stay here again!

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay on Ossippee. The condo was in a great location on the lake, just a short walk to the private beach. Felt like we had the place to ourselves during the week. The condo was comfortable and plenty of room for two adults and two teenagers. The deck was a big plus, we grilled, sat out, and at night listened to the loons on the lake. We ended up renting a pontoon boat for a day from the nearby marina, which was a great way to see the lake. All in all a very relaxing stay for us. Thank you again!
