3 Bedroom House in Freedom

Welcome to Valley View Farm, your next getaway! The 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath is newly remodeled with an open concept and modern vibe. Overlooking 90 acres with sprawling fields and 180-degree views of the Mount Washington Valley from Lake Ossipee to Chocorua Mountain. Enjoy your morning coffee while gazing out the wall-to-wall windows or take it outside to the enormous deck, ideal for alfresco dining with a crowd.
Minutes from Lake Ossipee and King Pine. 25 mins to North Conway.
The space
Our home is newly remodeled from the studs with a modern farmhouse vibe. The epic master suite is perfect for a much-needed getaway with direct access to the deck. The first floor is an open-concept floor plan with sight lines from the kitchen to the spectacular view. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, a dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, cups, a coffee, and a bar knock with a mini fridge to keep extra beverages. There is a gas grill on the deck for your enjoyment. Mud room with extra pantry space and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The basement is finished with a pull-out couch and extra space to spread out.
Guest access
The farmhouse and all 89 acres. Please note the large (red/brown) barn will be locked. The lower barn is accessible by walking but the farm gate will not be unlocked for guests. The lower barn has a patio with beautiful views to enjoy Please note the barn/garage across the street is private property.
Other things to note
We are a working farm. We have minimal operations happening while we revitalize our land, but there may be an occasional worker (family member) mowing the grass, moving/parking equipment in the lower barn fields, accessing equipment in the barn, etc. No one will ever be in the renter's space! If you have questions or concerns please do not hesitate to ask.
Fireworks are prohibited in Freedom NH.

Summary: This place is simply WONDERFUL! The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cooking ware. The minibar is great for making a drink. Lots of space for sitting and hanging out. The amazing deck can’t be more perfect. Either for taking your morning coffee or sipping a wine at sunset - the deck is going to be the thing that brings us back again!

Summary: We had a very nice stay at Leah's property. Our dog enjoyed the dog bed and large deck. The open kitchen/living room has a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. This was our second visit and hoping to return.

Summary: Beautiful home and amazing view. Home was very clean and comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and relaxing with family at this home. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of pans and cooking utensils. We also came with three dogs and loved the enclosed deck for them to wander and play freely outside. My family is already talking about coming back again!

Summary: We had the best time at Leah's Valley View Farm Home. They did a wonderful job renovating the house. Everything was clean and they provided all that you could possibly need. The first thing we noticed pulling in to the driveway was the amazing view. Once inside we all admired the huge deck looking out at a view from Ossipee Lake to Mt. Chocorua. My husband, daughter and I and our dog are hoping to return in the Fall. Thank you for a great stay!

Summary: Property is well appointed and very well kept. Our group of adults enjoyed our stay very much. Location: 5 minutes from King Pine Ski area; 15-20 minutes from brewery & other restaurants; 30 mins or so from Conway - in short, convenient to everything we wanted to do. Communications: Leah was super responsive and attentive. Excellent host. Property: Situated well up in the mountains; Amazing views of surrounding mountains and lake. We were there during snow storms. Roads plowed well - no issues getting around Suggestion for future visitors: Heating is controlled through NEST thermostats. I have no experience with them and while trying to get a bedroom a little warmer, ended up doing just the opposite. If you reach out to Leah in advance, she can remotely set the room temps so they are heated to your needs.

Summary: This place was amazing. Very spacious first floor with a big comfy couch and lots of seating areas if you’re with a group. The main bedroom was very comfortable, with a great bathroom. The location is very isolated, and if you arrive after dark, you’ll really feel like you’re out there, but the views are stunning in the morning!! The kitchen has everything you need to cook and cleanup easily after. We are hoping to come back this summer for a longer stay so that we can do some hiking in the region. This place is AWESOME.
