Positive: This Home was truly a gem. The space was spotless, smelled amazing, and had a cozy yet modern vibe that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The linens were high-quality—soft, clean, and perfect for a great night’s sleep. There were plenty of pillows, extra towels, and blankets thoughtfully provided. The fixtures were all updated, and the decor was contemporary and fun—perfect for relaxing or snapping a few cute pictures and selfies. Every detail felt intentional, and the whole place just had a great energy. One of our absolute favorite features was the back patio space. The covered seating area was secluded and peaceful—our favorite place to unwind late at night. It felt private and serene, and created the perfect setting to relax and reconnect after long days out. The hosts were absolutely lovely—kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They were happy to accommodate any needs, although the home was so well-stocked and thoughtfully prepared that we didn’t need to ask for a thing. I’ll be making several trips back to Florida from North Carolina in the future, and if this place is available, it will definitely be my first choice. Highly recommend—such a smooth, welcoming, and memorable experience!
Negative: The only thing I didn’t like is that we couldn’t stay longer. And that was only because of my schedule. :) next time we will be booking for a longer stay for sure

Positive: My birthday land on mothers day this year and i must say i enjoyed spending time with my family. I like that it was a lot of games / nice patio set up and relaxing tent to keep the whole family happy and entertained. Comfortable beds, clean, and host was responsive. Will definitely stay again.

Positive: The stay was awesome! We rent vacation houses for the weekend 5-10 times a year and this was by FAR one of the best we've stayed in especially for a large family like we have. We have 4 grandkids ages 10mos-10years and rarely find ones that accomate smaller children like this. What we liked best was the cleanliness and feels like home touch with quality brand products that are like our own...shampoos, soaps, cookware, linens, tissues etc. Not to mention the uniqueness of that home! We LOVED the gaming aspect, also similar to things we have and do at home. We stayed for the weekend while we were having new floors put in our home and if the need for a stay in Jax arises again, this will be our first choice. We will also be referring family and friends from out of town to book here. Thanks again for a great stay! Shannon and Damian Johnson
