Summary: Suited our needs for visit with family in Middleburg/Orange Park area. 20 minutes from family, restrauants and shopping. Saturday Market in downtown Green Cover Springs was most enjoyable.

Summary: What a lovely home. Little chocolates at the bedside with bottles of water. Coffee mess upstairs with bottles of water as well as in the kitchen. Waters in the refrigerator too! Dish tabs and laundry tabs were available as well as snacks near the toaster. Nice touch. Place felt so welcoming. Loved the antiques and Furniture. Very nicely decorated. One cabinet with the games was wonderful. Did two jigsaw puzzles with our four-year-old grandson and taught him how to play Scrabble. Played a game of Uno as well! Location was wonderful with a safe feeling walking all the way to the park. Grands had a wonderful time at the playgrounds and splash pad.

Summary: This was my first ever rental and my wife and I couldn’t have been happier! The home was beautiful and full of history. The check in/out process was so easy. We will definitely find a reason to travel down and book this place again in the future!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The communication was excellent. The property was clean. The kitchen was well-appointed. There are a couple of things to be aware of about this property. One is that is in a mixed-use area of residential and commercial properties. It is not an issue as far as noise and convenience. It was just a surprise looking at the photos. Also, if you like to watch TV, there isn't one area that accommodates more than a couple of people to view a program together. There is a small set in a sitting area. A suggestion would be to remove the large mirror in the living room and add a set there. If you like to just relax and read as an example, this is not an issue at all.
