Positive: The design is nice.
Negative: The place would be fine if not for the broken shower. At first, while you’re in the shower washing your hair, you don’t notice that the water isn’t draining properly. It starts pooling in the shower, partially leaking into the bathroom and beyond. To exit the shower, you have to open the door, which then releases all the accumulated water into the apartment. I ended up running around the house, trying to collect the water. The owner did nothing to fix it—he told us someone would come, but no one ever did. So, we went four days without a proper shower.

Positive: Great space, absolutely spotless, great facilities, very bright and contemporary, parking place included, great communication and response by owners, easy check in and check out. I stayed for three nights together with my two daughters, attending a family funeral, and it was great to have this warm, bright and comfortable space to return to. Although it is located at a busy main road, the apartment was amazingly quiet at night.
Negative: It would be even better, if there was a bit more privacy without pulling curtains or blinds, for example hedging to protect from the road traffic. But obviously, that takes time to grow. The second improvement could be, to use cotton bedsheets instead of polyester. But that's just our own personal preference.

Positive: The apartment is very spacious and looks even nicer than in the pictures. It has all necessary facilities and you can see that the owner really put thoughts and efforts to create such a nice accommodation. If my family revisits Rosenheim, I'll definitely choose to stay in this apartment.

Positive: The apartment was modern and nicely decorated.
Negative: The apartment was not cleaned before we arrived. We asked for it to be extra vacuumed and no nuts anywhere because of severe nut allergy. When we arrived, there was something on the carpet that appeared to be crushed nuts and a nut bar on the table. I had to vacuume when we arrived. The toilet was not clened and the kitchen sink was full of food leftovers. The handles were sticky and clearly not cleaned.

Positive: The apartment is great! It is spacious and tastefully decorated. All the necessary facilities can be found there. Also a terrace to spend warm days. I would definitely come again. The location of the apartment was good because we wanted to visit the Eagles nest, Salzburg and Munich. All of these were about an hour's drive away, easily accessible. We could easily fit in the appartment as a family of 2 parents and three kids.

Positive: The apartment is very spacious, modern and clean. You can tell that the owners put a lot of effort into furnishing and equipping it well! It is conveniently located if you are traveling by car. The kitchen has everything one could need to put together a quick meal. There is also a washing machine/ dryer guests can use. There are a few supermarkets nearby. The hosts are extremely helpful and kind! They responded really quickly when we had an issue and helped us resolve it right away.
Negative: The only downside is the proximity to the road, but the window joinery is good and the car noise did not bother us too much. There are also excellent floor-length curtains.
Summary: Lovely modern apartment!
