Summary: We had a nice room with a very nice view of the ocean and morning sunrise. The room was adequate, nothing fancy, but clean and well put together. The check in process was super easy with a phone call since the front office was closed upon our arrival.

Summary: We love coming and staying here! It’s always so quiet and peaceful. A perfect way to relax. Even when there is a band/singer it’s still very calm and not too loud.

Summary: The hotel location is across from Hampton beach. Prices were very reasonable for an ocean view. It was nice to sit on the porch and then stroll the beach. The room was small with a very small bathroom. Neighbors were quiet. We had to use codes to access the entrance and room. We never saw a staff person our entire stay.

Summary: The views from the room were amazing! It’s Far enough away from the chaos of downtown but close enough you can get there easily. Bonus for them having a little bar shack in the back.

Summary: We had such an amazing stay! The room was so beautiful, with plenty of space for our family. It was great to have a living room, bedroom and two bathrooms! Everything was sparkly clean, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We loved that we were across the street from the beach and that the Surf Shack was behind the hotel for a quick snack and a drink. The staff was so welcoming and super helpful. We are already planning on returning next year! Definitely so enjoyable!!
