Positive: Property was very functional and met our basic needs
Negative: There were no sleeper sofas available as described in the listing and the shower stall would not be adequately sized for a larger person. Also there were a few basic maintenance tasks that should be completed - storm door is very difficult to open. Both bedroom doors also stick and could be sanded/adjusted so that they can be easily closed and reopened without wrestling with it.

Positive: We liked that this property gave us the ability to have a common area we could use at the end of each day just to relax and unwind and have lots of conversation,
Negative: The mattresses in the second bedroom were pretty worn out and springs were sticking up when we tried to sleep on them. The mattress in the first bedroom was very comfortable.
Summary: My friends and I came to New Hampshire for a relaxing vacation and this property worked well for us.
