This lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, one-level corner condo unit, with only one-adjoining wall and no upstairs or downstairs neighbors, is located in the middle of the gated, Ramona Villas condo complex. Less than one mile from downtown Palm Springs and close to shopping and restaurants, this corner unit is a gem. Equipped with a big-game TV, the living room has seating for at least 6; the dining room has seating for 4; and there is plenty of storage space in the kitchen, which is replete with Cuisinart pans and other items to make simple or gourmet meals. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, a king-sized bed, and your own TV. The guest bedroom has two twin sized beds and its own TV. The second bathroom is located in the hallway, for easy access, next to the washer and dryer.
With a spacious backyard, you and your guests are able to enjoy the northern Palm Springs breeze and a sweet orange tree (you can make your own orange juice each morning with an in-unit electric juicer). The gorgeous views of the San Gorgonio Mountains is perfect for relaxing and entertaining, as are the four-burner gas BBQ and solar-lighted umbrella.
