Built in 1956, this classic Mid Century Modern home in the Warm Sands Neighborhood will take you back to the glory and splendor of that era. Centrally located, Downtown Palm Springs is just a short walk to the center of it all; restaurants, bars, shopping and more. This home has been lovingly restored with modern conveniences for today’s lifestyle while keeping the original charm intact.
Entertain in style under the vaulted wood ceilings and stone fireplace with ample seating and high end furnishings. There are two separate indoor dining areas and a spacious kitchen fully equipped with all your entertaining needs. The original kitchen cabinets provide lots of storage and the breakfast bar for 3 can double as a laptop work station.
Choose your favorite outdoor experience for relaxation. The front yard has a dining table that seats 8 and a gas fire pit surrounded by Adirondack rocking chairs that make for a delightful way to spend an evening in the desert. Enjoy extraordinary San Jacinto Mountain views or simply gaze up at the stars. The very private back yard offers a gas grill and several options for entertaining or relaxing. You will find another alfresco dining option, conversation seating, lounge chairs, raised spa and salt water pool with sun shelf.
The spacious master bedroom with king bed is sited on the north side of the home with ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool deck and spa. On the south side of the home are two guest rooms sharing a large bathroom with oversized shower. Guest bedroom 2 overlooking the pool has a king size bed and restored walk-in closet. Guest bedroom 3 has two extra long twin beds (easily converted to a king) and San Jacinto Mountain views. Every bedroom features ceiling fans and flat screen TVs with Roku.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:
All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.
Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.
