Positive: Very pleasant hotel in an excellent location, near public transportation and with several nice restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet and well-equipped, and the staff are friendly and efficient. The pool is small, but very nice and clean.
Negative: Here are a few very minor and inexpensive suggestions: The hotel should supply a new bottle of water each day. It should also provide one normal and one decaffeinated coffee capsule per client (so couples don't fight over who gets the caffeine). There should always be plenty of towels at the pool.
Summary: Very pleasant stay, quiet, comfortable room, excellent staff, great location.

Positive: Excellent ratio betwen positive and negative points. For the price and the location, excellent hotel. Staff (Peter) very helpful even if not able(allow) to take responsibility/decision.
Negative: 2 things Cleaning could have been better Very good breakfast but no butter, only olive oil instead, 3 days out of 5 !!!!

Positive: The bed was great! Small but good quality breakfast. Liked the atmosphere of the room! Easy walk to Schuman.
Negative: Small things only: only one salt/pepper at the breakfast for the guest to share, the egg boiler was too cold and had no lid to keep the warm water. Warm shower rather than hot.

Positive: Very pleasant hotel in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance (or a short bus ride) of the Brussels centre. The room was on a top floor with a balcony that looked out over the rooftops. It would be perfect in warmer weather, but was still enjoyable in November. The staff were very friendly and efficient.
Negative: If the room had been a tiny bit larger with a desk, it would have been nice. Otherwise, it was very charming and cosy, with very nice facilities and a comfy bed. It was also very quiet, but it could be because I had no neighbours.
Summary: Charming, cosy hotel with a lovely rooftop view.

Positive: The hotel is new and very clean. The staff are polite and friendly. The location is calm and there is a nice park nearby, perfect for walking the dog.
Negative: The pet fee is €20 per day even if you skip room cleaning, which felt a bit strange. The breakfast was okay but not really worth €20 as there wasn’t much variety.
Summary: A clean and modern hotel with friendly staff, but breakfast and pet policy could be better.
