Summary: A lovely hotel, the room felt like "coming home" !

Summary: Lovely little hotel. Easy to get to downtown. Good area and nice staff. Only thing we didnt like was the fittness center. It is the size of a kids room with barely anything to do unless you want to run or cycle. We choose do to the fittnes and were disapointet.

Summary: The pool is very nice and at no extra cost. The beds are comfy and bedding is nice. It would be good to have hair conditioner in the shower.

Summary: Staff very courteous & room ambience is very good. Situation during breakfast could have been better, looked little crowded and bit chaotic. Hot water supply also had problem one day.

Summary: Good location and hotel was spotless, didn’t quite put 5 stars as felt the request for more coffee pods (only supplied 2) sugar and milk was quite difficult and I was asked to go down to reception to collect (which I refused as wasn’t dressed - I also completed the post check in questionnaire which was designed to check if there was anything else they could do which I said I’d like more coffee and milk but this didn’t happen, hence I telephoned reception later on to ask. 2 pods for 2 people is a bit light!

Summary: I arrived after midnight and the check in was very fast and easy. The person at the reception, Zuhaib, was very professional and accommodating to my requests, and went the extra mile to make sure l had what i needed during my stay. Kudos to him and the hotel for having him!
