Wake up to amazing sunrises, enjoy walks around the property, games of billiard on a huge billiard table or soak in the spa. Please note the Spa is available upon request and will need to be booked in order for us to fill it and prepare it for guests.

Summary: The views are spectacular, unfortunately this is where the magic ends. The spa was not clean. The spa heating and bubble jets turn off after 5 minutes and you have to get out of the spa to switch them on every 5 minutes. Not very relaxing. There was a beautiful large deck but there were no globes in the lights so we couldn’t safely sit outside on the evening. We were looking forward to an outdoor fire but there is no fire pit. The spa area also had no globes in light making it highly unsafe for evening use. We then went to the shed for a game of pool only to find that again there were no globes!! A high cleaning fee is charged and there were crumbs on the floor and not very clean at all. A small area of grass for the dogs would be lovely. In the photos there is grass in reality there is not! We would not return or recommend this accommodation at this cost and standard. Very disappointed .

Summary: The location of the property is remote and offers stunning view of Lake Eildon. However the property itself is not very well maintained and facilities are run-down. The fridge is not working properly, only one of BBQ outdoor was working, and the front sliding door does not shut well. Communication from the manager was inadequate as I was only informed a couple of days before the trip that we need to bring drinking water for the stay prompting some panic. Check-in time was written as 4pm and we arrived at the site at 5:30pm only to find the cleaners and property manager still at the site doing their clean. I assume it's because the site is near the National Park and therefore there's no rubbish disposal so we needed to take all our rubbish with us, not exactly the type of stay that I expected given the cost. Stay for the view and definitely wake up for the sunrise.
