Summary: This hotel was close to everything we wanted to do during our trip to Sint Maarten. It was roughly 10 mins. from the airport, and about 15 mins. from a lot of the “popular” restaurants. Room was very clean, concierge was nice and helpful which made check-in/out a breeze. The views from the room were amazing & nice to see during sunrise and sunset. Also there were things like beach chairs, etc. available for us guests to use which was awesome! I would definitely recommend to book your stay here! (:

Summary: Unit A501 at Fourteen is an absolute gem! This 3-bedroom corner unit has a spectacular ocean view. The spacious layout and thoughtful design created a comfortable atmosphere. The private balcony was our favorite spot to savor the view of Mullet Bay. The pool was great, very warm, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. A501 is a true haven for those seeking a stylish and unforgettable retreat at Fourteen. Highly recommended for a blissful stay!

Summary: Huge unit, nicely decorated and great location. Elevators out of order. Housekeeping and ensuring units are properly cleaned prior to guest arrival. I spent time cleaning which should have been done prior to arrival, also given there is a cleaning fee. There was hair all on the floors ,unit not swepted, one of the bathroom's toilet not cleaned. - linens in master bed a little worn. If unit was cleaned properly I would give 5 stars. Not good to start a vacation cleaning up.

Summary: The location is near the best restaurants and the views looking out to the ocean were amazing. The apartment is spacious and had lots of beach gear that was accommodating. The apartment was not cleaned thoroughly to welcome guests and the balcony did not have any furniture to sit on, which was a bit disappointing. Also, out of the three rooms only one had wash cloths and we had to wait until the next day to get some. Other than that, I would say our stay was good. We'll be back.

Summary: The property was very nice. Excellent accommodations and great location. Pool & Fitness Center were great! Only 2 things I could suggest is to check the dryer and see why it takes so long to dry clothes and the family room needs more furniture to accommodate a family gathering to watch TV or play games.
