Positive: The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated,clean, secure, and generally well-maintained. The location is decent. The kitchen was well-equipped.
Negative: There was a persistent musty, moldy smell that made my stay uncomfortable. Despite keeping the windows open daily, the odor remained throughout our stay. The nearest swimmable beach is a 15-minute walk..The only pleasant view is from the balcony at a certain angle toward the marina; otherwise, the surrounding area felt like a construction zone. The view from the bedrooms is dominated by a large building, which diminished the overall ambiance. Most of the pots and pans were very scratched and worn, except for one newer pan. Housekeeping came only once, two days before our departure. When I requested extra toilet paper from the property manager, I was told to purchase it myself, which was disappointing. The bathroom amenities were minimal, with only two small tubes each of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. We were provided just one set of keys and a single fob, which was inconvenient for a family of four.

Negative: I took close to 30 minutes for the host to meet us at the property. The smell of the pond.

Positive: It was as advertised. The unit was beautifully decorated and comfortable. I will be returning.
Negative: They did not provide any wash cloths to wash your body. It wasn't a big deal, just something to consider if you prefer a cloth when bathing. However, they provided plenty of towels and beach towels.
