Positive: I recently stayed at the villa and it was a truly wonderful experience. The villa was not only aesthetically pleasing with its tasteful decoration but also offered a fantastic back yard with a pool that was just steps away from the beach. We found ourselves spending most of our time in the back yard, enjoying the serenity it provided. The rooms were spacious and accommodating, providing ample space for everyone in our group. The well-stocked kitchen made it easy for us to prepare our meals, and we appreciated having all the necessary utensils and cookware on hand. One of the highlights of our stay was Maria, who managed the property. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and provided us with excellent recommendations for local eateries and shops. Her insight into the area added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. Additionally, the cleaning service, which came twice during our stay, ensured that everything was kept in impeccable condition. Fresh towels and bed sheets were provided, making our stay even more comfortable. Our experience at this villa was so delightful that we decided to extend our stay for an extra night. I can't wait to return in the future, as it truly felt like a home away from home. If you're looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway, I highly recommend booking this villa.

Positive: 1) Maria the host is very very helpful and goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with everything 2) The location is just superb - we could hear the sea lapping every night in bed - just perfect! 3) Lovely pool, perfect temperature and very clean. Pretty, well maintained gardens. 4) The beach and sea are just lovely, small and intimate, not too pebbly, turquoise waters and close to several other beautiful beaches. 5) Double Rooms are spacious on the ground floor and first floor but the other 2 rooms are small and 1 of these is very small indeed. I would say it comfortably fits 6 adults only or 6 adults with 2 very small children but then storage of luggage would be an issue because the 4th room is more like a closet/dressing room. We were 8 adults and we struggled for space in the 4th bedroom. 6) Lovely balcony to 1st floor with excellent view and lovely outdoor seating and table and BBq area on the ground floor patio. 7) The cleaning standards are very high indeed and the cleaner visited twice on a 6 night stay and was there for hours and everything was done very very thoroughly with all towels changed and bathrooms stock up again! 8) The villas are next to a camping site which has a lovely bar on the rocks by the beach and it offers cocktails, food, coffee and we found this excellent when we were enjoying the beach. 9) You have your own sunbeds by the pool which are just for your villa and the other 2 villas have their own sunbeds so there is no confusion but the pool is shared between the 4 villas so you cannot guarantee how many people will be at the Pool at any one time (see below) as the other villas do also accommodate large groups as well, so it is worth bearing this in mind if you are looking for a totally private pool for your stay. 10) You have 6 private sunbeds on the beach with quality umbrellas and these are padlocked up so you can use them when you like. (but see notes below)
Negative: The WIFI signal was very intermittent despite being reset twice so if you rely on WIFI for anything/everything then this may be an issue for you but you can go to the bar which is a very short walk and there is good wifi there. We were told before booking that other villa next door to ours was definitely not going to be hired out for the dates of our stay and then a large group of 10 adults turned up on our 4th day suddenly. We were told this was because another booking was taken by someone? We became concerned that the pool would become very crowded and the 6 beach sunbeds would be in demand on the beach. The host did sort this out when we raised our concerns and we kept the 8 pool sunbeds we had been allocated from day 1 and the 6 beach sunbeds also but at times there were still many people still in and around the pool at once. You need to bear in mind that with 4 villas each accommodating approx 8 people, if all villas are booked out on your dates then there could be up to 32 people around the pool and only 12/14 sunbeds available at the pool..... We had originally thought the pool was just for our villa but it is in fact shared between the 4 large villas and some guests were travelling with small children wanting to use the pool alot. On the beach, we did experience difficulties with people using our sunbeds and hanging their clothes and bags up on our umbrellas because it is a public beach, so even though there is a padlock system, it is a public beach and the campsite is next door, so you might have to have several conversations politely asking people to move their belongings when you go down to the beach. We found that guests in the campsite did not understand that they could not use the villa umbrellas and sunbeds so we think bigger signage should be placed on the umbrellas informing them.

Positive: The host was extremely helpful. The beach was almost in the property. Everything was organized very well and villa was perfect for groups especially for families with kids. The kitchen was fully equipped. It is near one of the best restaurants in Sithonia.

Negative: 1. the location does not support 8 people even if this is its capacity. From my point of view, maximum 6 adults and 2 small children 2. the internet connection is quite poor
