Summary: Good little property for close proximity to the train station. Hotel room was very clean with a comfy bed. Clean linens, kettle, toaster, iron and tea and coffee making facilities. Nice welcome from the owners dogs too!

Summary: although it is a little older it was quite pleasant and clean. beds and pillows were perfectly comfortable. located on main highway so there is some traffic noise, plus other guests can be heard as they have conversations when getting into cars, didn't keep me awake as i use ear plugs. conveniently located near chicken shop, large service station and 5 min walk to main street. small pool, enough to get wet to cool down. ultimately served its purpose as we were only sleeping there.

Summary: We liked that the room was clean and quiet even though it was near the highway. Very convenient for us driving onto Cairns. Food options within walking distance. However the windows could not really be opened as there were no screens or any way to secure them open. We would say there again.

Summary: Nicely fitted accommodation with friendly staff. Unfortunately, I had broken sleep between 9:30 - 1:30, and then didn't sleep a wink past then as I was disturbed by the road noise of passing trucks.
