The Lookout is a gorgeous property with a large balcony and wonderful sea views. It really gives all our guests a sense of calm and relaxation, and we have great reviews from everyone non who stays here.
The property was refurbished in January 2022 and offers our guests a quiet away from it all holiday, There is an open plan lounge diner with doors opening up to the well fitted kitchen, and upstairs cloakroom, and the lounge opens up from wall to ceiling glass doors to the large balcony.
The balcony offers seating for four and is perfect for an evening glass of wine watching the sunset or simply watching the ships sail by.
The beach is a stones throw away with access from the rear garden to the coastal path which leads to a slope and steps to the dog friendly beach.Mundesley beach was voted the best beach in North Norfolk in 2022!
The Beach shed in the garden has all the beach paraphernalia you could wish for, with beach toys for the children, beach chairs, wind break, and other beach items.
There is a dining table for four on the patio.
Mundesley has a Blue Flag beach for 2022, and boasts several hostelries and coffee shops for refreshment pit stops.
There is bicycle hire in the village and we have a butchers, greengrocers, chemist, post office, a Lifeboat charity shop, lovely ladies clothes shop, and a Tesco Express only 5 minutes walk away.
A holiday at The Lookout is not only peaceful and relaxing but is an excellent base for exploring the rest of North Norfolk, with its wonderful beaches, stately homes, seal watching and much more.

Summary: The property was exceedingly clean, had everything you could need for a holiday let, beautiful location and amazing views. surrounding area is so very beautiful. The area is peaceful and friendly… The host, Bev, is lovely, she will help in anyway she can, she is a stonesthrow away, in case you need her, but also leaves you to enjoy your stay. We took our two small dogs, and they were welcomed with treats and anything else they might need to keep them happy. The outside was very dog friendly and clean. The outside shed had a host of different things for the beach, dog toys, decl chairs, etc. We loved our stay here and we are planning our next visit, one of the best holiday lets we have ever stayed in.. The view from the upstairs is breathtaking. Thank you Bev. xxx

Summary: Spent four nights at the lookout with husband and dog the title says it all would not hesitate to stay here again .it was spotlessly clean with everything you could need .you won’t be disappointed .

Summary: From the moment we got to the house we knew we would have a good break. The location was perfect with great views and a short walk to the beach. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. We got there earlier than expected and Bev was more than accommodating. She had left out some treats for us which was greatly appreciated. The kids loved all the games in the house and had great fun. I would highly recommend this place for trips with young families, there is so much to do within the area.
