Positive: room was spacious and clean. great location, especially with Pemberton Farms across the street. I got breakfast and gifts there. tremendous asset for this property.
Negative: bathroom sink was leaking water from the faucet. heating unit in bathroom does not work. room needs more light. very dark.
Summary: overall good experience. I would book again

Negative: No breakfast included at this "bed and breakfast"...staff appears to be underpaid and overworked. The man at the main building wasn't friendly, and actually had quite a rude temperament when we reported an issue with the doors not locking and having trouble with operating the heat in the room. Great location and a cheap accommodation, unclear room instructions (just print them out instead of saying along spiel upon check-in please) and unfriendly staff.

Positive: Our stay at this picturesque inn was quite enjoyable. The Victorian style room was lovely and the employees were quite pleasant and helpful. While continental breakfast was not served in the “B&B way,” the inn did provide coffee in the lounge area.
Negative: Not applicable - everything was great!
Summary: Centrally located in Cambridge, this Inn is a great value!

Positive: We had zero communication after the note giving us instructions for late check in. There was no printed information in the room regarding how to get help or if there was breakfast. We saw one housekeeper in the hall. No one else. If there was breakfast, We were not informed on the booking site or in the room.
Negative: There was a mouse in our room. The room was clean and we know it happens in old buildings. But. Still.
